Creative Glamour’s Gel Eyeliner is the perfect balance between a liquid liner and a pencil. This easy to use, long-lasting formula dries quickly into a sleek waterproof finish. Also great for those winged eyeliners and when applying false lashes. It comes with its own small brush for application.
