Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you choose the right fit. We recommend measuring your dancer and comparing the measurements to the size chart provided. If you're unsure or your child is between sizes, feel free to contact us for personalised sizing advice. We’re happy to help you choose the best fit based on age, body shape, and studio requirements.
Yes, we work directly with dance studios to create studio-approved uniform sets. If your studio is partnered with us, you’ll find their name listed under the "Studio Sets" section of our shop. Simply select your studio and browse all the approved items in one place. If your studio isn’t listed, you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll reach out to them.
Absolutely. We accept exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. You can return the item within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange for the correct size to be sent. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item was sent in error. We’re here to make sure your dancer gets exactly what they need.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your parcel is booked for courier. We use trusted services like The Courier Guy to ensure fast, reliable delivery across South Africa.
Yes, definitely! While we offer studio-specific kits, our full range of shoes, tights, uniforms, and accessories is available to any customer. Whether you're shopping for recreational ballet, school productions, or just looking for quality dancewear, you're welcome to order directly from our shop.
We operate online only, with our office and warehouse based in Hartbeespoort. This allows us to offer a wider range of stock and serve customers nationwide. If you're unsure about sizing or need help selecting items, we’re just a message away via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.
Payment Questions
We accept secure online payments via Paystack, including Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards, Instant EFT, and selected mobile wallet options. All payments are processed securely, and your payment details are never stored on our website.
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, and all transactions are processed through Paystack, one of South Africa’s most secure and trusted payment gateways. You will be redirected to a secure page when completing your checkout.
At this time, we do not offer instalments or lay-bys. Full payment is required at checkout to process your order. However, we are exploring payment plan options in the future and will update our customers if these become available.
Yes, an automated invoice will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. If you need a formal tax invoice or would like it issued in a company name, please email us after placing your order and we’ll gladly assist.
If your payment doesn’t go through, please check that your card details are correct, that your card is enabled for online purchases, or that you have sufficient funds. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact us and we’ll help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
All EFTs must go through our Paystack gateway for secure order tracking and processing. Manual EFTs are not supported, as they delay fulfilment and verification. For speed and safety, we recommend using Instant EFT at checkout if you prefer that option.
